About LAX Greeter and Concierge
LAX Greeter and Concierge has been delivering outstand service at Los Angeles International airport since 2007. With a variety of options to meet your needs, we can help ensure you and your guests a 100% seamless experience at LAX.
Our Services at LAX
Services for Arrivals:
Your greeter will meet you either at the baggage claim or upon exiting customs and immigration on international flights.
Your greeter will meet you either at the at the gate or on the jetway. Available on all domestic and select international flights.
Two Greeters will arrive on the tarmac in SUVs, escort you from the plane and drive you across the tarmac to our luxury lounge.
Similar to the tramac meet, you will be escorted from the plane directly to a private suite to unwind and relax.
Services for Departures:
Escort to Ticketing
Your greeter will meet you at the curb and escort you to the ticketing check-in counter with your luggage.
Escort to the Gate
Curbside meet with luggage assistance, to the ticketing counter, escort through security all the way to the gate.
Private Lounge
Enjoy a snack or cocktail in our private lounge and out team will drive you across the tarmac, directly to the plane.
Private Suite
Relax in your own private suite. When you are ready, our greeters will drive you directly to the plane across the tarmac.
Additional Services at LAX:
Bagge Services
Our handlers will collect your bags or cargo at LAX and deliver it to you anywhere in southern California.

Our greeter will meet you and your guests at the arrival gate and escort you to your departure gate. Available on select flights.

Vip Car Service
Your own private driver will collect you at LAX and drive you in the vehicle of your choice to your final destination.

Group Transportation
For groups from 5 passengers and up, We will collect you curbside at LAX in a sprinter van, mini-coach or coach bus.
